Prior to founding PFPS in 2006, Deb was a Corporate Training Director for a Fortune 500 Media Company. Deb’s early career included a variety of inside, outside and major account sales positions. As President and Founder of People First Productivity Solutions, Deb helps companies to boost productivity through people development. The Sales Experts Channel Manager
Renee Calvert has been working with People First since its inception in 2006. Her role has evolved from administrative support for trainers and sub-consultants to Office Manager and Communications Director. Her current role is best aligned with her passions and focus. As the Art Director, Renee oversees the visual design of PFPS training and marketing materials. She creates graphics, animations and illustrations for eLearning modules, videos, books and job aids. Her background in art and economics equips her to serve both the creative and business needs of a growing family business. Renee earned her Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University in 2009, with a concentration in Art and Economics. She then earned her Masters of Fine Arts in Animation at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. In addition to her role with PFPS, Renee works as a professional studio animator.
