"Driscoll's has been working with Deb Calvert since December 2006. Growing Great People is what we call our training and development initiative at Driscoll's and Deb came to us just as we were officially establishing a formal program. She has been instrumental in helping us craft the big picture for the function and planning for the next two years. She has been the prime mover in enhancing our Driscoll's Leadership Institute which is going into its fourth class. Deb is very creative, collaborative and has a customer-service focus in everything that she does. Her business acumen and organizing skills are excellent and at the same time she is very mindful of our culture.
